Governance

The International Naples Sabot Association (INSA) was formed in 1946 as the Naples Sabot One-Design Association to oversee and equalize boat measurement, organize racing and govern the formation of fleets.  From its humble beginnings, it has evolved into an organized racing class with over 11,000 boats built and registered.  Plans have been sold to interested parties in over 15 foreign countries and the annual Jr. Nationals attract over 150 participants.
